The Aritco HomeLift’s use of colored lighting, the innovative steering wheel-inspired SmartControl, the incorporation of DesignWalls and custom flooring were the result of having one of Sweden’s greatest design minds put to the task of creating a home lift as beautiful as it was functional.
“A product that has not been designed by a professional designer doesn’t have the same basis for success. The best results come about when the designer is involved from the start and has the opportunity to influence the entire product, not just the surface,” Alexander Lervik.
To create the Aritco HomeLift’s unique series of DesignWalls – decorative back panels that turn the home lift into a work of art – Aritco and Lervik collaborated with several famed designers such as Evelina Koon, Lotta Ingman, Erik Undéhn and Rikard Lilja.
